Creeping Sharia, dhimmitude, cyber jihad, litigation jihad…Islam is relentless. The website had a picture…one picture. As far as we know it the movie was not released on the site yet and therefore could not have violated Network Solutions policy.

Update: Several blogs have written that Network Solutions pulled the Fitna site because of excessive resource usage that would be unfair to other customers. Isn’t that why customers choose hosting companies to manage just that? Load balancing? Or could that be their attempt to continue hosting terrorist web sites like Hizbollah? And while Network Solutions is taking a lot of deserved heat, Google’s anti-Fitna activities are quietly being ignored by blogs and the MSM.
ZDNet has more information but in typical dhimmi fashion, the author states:

Update: Strike that – ZDNet isn’t quite so sure Fitna is “reprehensible, racist and hateful.” If only we could get paid for correcting the pro-Islamic bias in the media.

It’s been brought to attention that Network Solutions may not “host” the Hizbollah website they merely registered the domain. What’s the policy on registering URL’s for terrorists? (Looks like the NSOL Hizbollah ten year affair is over)

Network Solutions posted an official response regarding Fitna but it’s so nauseating I refuse to link to it…the audacity to claim they aren’t stifling free speech – ma vaffanculo.

Update – Godaddy is unwilling to remove the Hizbollah-related links stating they cannot remove a domain or website simply because of the name, content or images. They have also refused to answer whether they would be willing to host Geert Wilders’ Fitna simply referring to their T&Cs. They’ve been removed from our list of future hosts.

Can’t this movie be sent by email and then posted on blogs around the world?
With hundreds of people using torrent files it could be achieved in a day.
Authorities would have to try to shut down the entire net. There must be some techno-whizzes out there who know how to do get around the problems of censorship by internet companies.
