PENN. MUSLIM FILES BIAS SUIT AGAINST MCDONALD’S, WAL-MART
Woman allegedly refused service due to Islamic headscarf
(PHILADELPHIA, PA, 7/10/08) – The Philadelphia chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-PA) today announced the filing of a lawsuit against a McDonald’s franchise and a Wal-Mart store in that state by a Muslim woman who says she was refused service because of her Islamic headscarf, or hijab. The woman is suing under Title II of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
Why does CAIR announce this? Maybe because those ambulance chasers routinely seek any opportunity to engage in litigation jihad / lawfare.
According to the suit, the plaintiff entered an Allentown McDonald’s in August of last year and was verbally accosted and refused service by the restaurant manager. The plaintiff says her pleas for equal treatment were treated with laughter as other patrons were served. She then allegedly sought the assistance of a Wal-Mart manager, who instead of helping, asked her to leave the store. (The McDonald’s is located in the Wal-Mart store.)
Attempts by the plaintiff’s attorney to address the situation directly with both companies have been reportedly been ignored.

“This complaint is eerily similar to a recent ABC ‘Primetime’ hidden camera segment in which actors staged discriminatory treatment of a Muslim women to gauge bystander reaction,” said CAIR-PA Civil Rights Director Marwa El-Turky. “Unfortunately, her ordeal was no hidden camera experiment.”
Get that? Staged – as in fake, as in made up, actors with scripts, not natural, not real. What’s eerily similar, if you read the complaint, is that for no apparent reason Tanveer Walli began frantically claiming religious discrimination and causing what reads to be quite a scene. Honor killings by Muslims in the US are eerily similar to honor killings approved by Muslims in the Middle East but you won’t see CAIR standing up for young Muslim girls in the US.

CAIR-PA is calling on both companies to address issues raised by the complaint and to take proactive measures to ensure that all customers are treated with dignity and respect.
Here comes the shakedown. While the complaint seeks $150K plus other costs, we can only guess, based on eerily similar shakedowns by CAIR in the past, that they’ll want diversity training and a full blown indoctrination into Islam by all MCD and WMT employees. Interestingly, both companies have already pandered to Muslims already building an Islamic Walmart in Dearbornistan, and selling halal chicken at McDonald’s.

If US Muslims think that they can sue their way (through CAIR) to acceptance in the wake of Islamist extremism, they are sadly mistaken. This has no relation to the black Civil Rights Movement. If US Muslims want respect, they can start by standing with us in the War on Terror and ending their silence on terrorism.

Just read the complaint…they do seek money but even if they lose you can be sure CAIR will be there calling for some diversity training and Muslim proselytizing at MCD and WMT’s expense…that could cover a couple hundred thousands employees…and no doubt it will be glorious peaceful aspects as opposed to 9/11, jihad, 7/7, litigation jihad, and the realities of sharia law
the end result is we won’t be able to do/say anything to/about Muslims without fear of a lawsuit…and they have endless funds via CAIR and the Saudis…which is why it is critical to understand CAIR’s history, as well as the goals/objectives of groups like the Muslim Brotherhood…there is a strategy and it’s being implemented before our very eyes
Since most of these lawsuits go unreported except by this blog and a few others, it’s a silent war that is being fought against us…so it won’t have any affect on ‘acceptance’ – which is why we continue to publish this type of information…
for those who think this is paranoia just look at what’s happening in the UN where they are trying to pass a ruling outlawing the discussion of Islam and “moderate” Jordan wants to prosecute Geert Wilders for making a movie – it’s here folks – it’s happening – do we take the beating or fight for our rights and freedoms?

That’s our point – it’s not really about the money…if they get the money, that’s gravy…what they want is access to force Islam on all MCD and WMT employees in whatever way they can…
All non-Muslims should converge on mosques one day and then file lawsuits if we are mistreated because of not being muslim.

Step by step, each day another incident in which Muslim people continue to impose Islam on America. Foolishly, we bend to them, look at the “foot baths” they made the Universities put in so they can “pray”. What other “religion” (albeit cloaked political agenda) enjoys so many accommodations.
Let them live among us, under our laws, under our system, and no more special accommodations. NO OTHER RELIGION OR MINORITY GROUP IS SO BLATANT; By comparison, La Raza and Mecha are in the minor leagues compared to the movement of Islam.
America should stand for its principles. The American people must wake up and acknowledge the fight for Islam by Muslim is for DOMINATION.. and they use our civil system to milk money and gain ground.

When will we form our protectionist army against these pigs? I’m ready. It’s time we collect ourselves, form an army and go after them. These terrorists need to disappear – and the accomplices put in jail.
When will we learn? We need a legal, civilian army – peaceful on outside – hardcore and activist on the inside. (sound familiar?)

Muslims in America are following the plan set forth by the muslim brotherhood and most Americans are completely oblivious to what is happening right under their noses. The idiot politicians in Washington think that “American” muslims are different; assimilated, financially well-off, and “patriotic”, as if loyalty to a nation was possible for a muslim. The only loyalty they have to a piece of real estate is when they want to re-claim land formerly controlled by islam and that includes just about every place on earth according to their fairy tale version of history. They believe allah gave them the entire world and everyone better believe they’re clamoring to claim it.
Muslims are timebombs waiting to explode and islam is a predatory death cult. They have no right to practice their vile “religion” anywhere in the Western world because by giving them that right, we are signing our own death warrant. The Constitution is not a suicide pact but we have turned it into one by allowing muslims into our country. They cannot live peaceably among non-muslims except when they are a very small minority and have no political power. If they keep immigrating to America and breeding like rats, which they do wherever they are, it won’t take long for them to reach critical mass and begin tearing apart our society. They certainly are not worth the trouble they cause and they contribute nothing worthwhile to any society.
