It is very difficult to be a “good person” and a “good Muslim” at the same time. The ideals which define both terms oppose each other. The teachings of the Koran hold no place for the “Golden Rule” or its equivalent and will always exhibit its inhumanity.

it is ridiculous that people respond to violence by wishing violence on the perpetrators and their religion and culture. these women are also members of that religion and culture and they are helpless victims. that is proof enough that everyone who is arab or muslim is not evil or vile. and even to wish death and destruction on those who perpetrated the crime reduces one to their same level of ignorance. ignorance is the root cause of all crimes against humanity and only education can remedy the perpetuation of crimes and abuses against women and marginalized people worldwide regardless of religion, culture, or any other disparities.

A outcome of a religion should be a ‘Good man/women’. If a religion failed to do so, it could be directly from God or even from God of Gods but useless!!!
