Those who aid and abet terrorists and sharia law are doing all they can to undermine the already-infiltrated-by-Islamists FBI. The FBI should be investigating terror-linked CAIR. via RNS News.
(RNS) Muslim American groups and the American Civil Liberties Union are demanding the FBI turn over records relating to ageny guidelines they say permit the FBI to collect and use racial and ethnic data.
The groups allege that the Domestic Intelligence and Operations Guide, an FBI policy manual published in 2008, gives FBI agents the authority to map and investigate communities based on ethnic behaviors and lifestyles, cultural traditions, and “ethnic-oriented” businesses, even when there is no evidence of criminal activity.
While the guidelines don’t mention Muslims specifically, opponents say they are used almost exclusively against Islamic followers. Critics say such policies are not only unconstitutional, but ineffective, and often counter-productive.
“It drives a wedge between the police and the communities they are sworn to serve,” said Michael German, an ACLU lawyer and former FBI agent. “The FBI should be focusing its efforts on people it has a factual basis for suspecting of wrongdoing, not targeting communities with race-based investigations.”
Rather than profiling, the FBI would be better off establishing cooperative and open relationships with Muslims, since they are in the best position to detect radicals, critics say.
Farhana Khera, executive director of Muslim Advocates, a San Francisco-based civil liberties group, agreed.
Muslim Advocates is involved in this kind of activity, IRS, BBB teach Muslims how to fulfill Islamic charitable funding ‘without drawing attention of the FBI’.
“Law enforcement has an important job to protect us and should do so by focusing on legitimate leads and credible intelligence of actual criminal activity and threats,” said Khera.
On Wednesday (July 28), FBI Director Robert Mueller told the Senate Judiciary Committee the current guidelines are “effective,” adding that membership in a particular religious or ethnic group was not “in and of itself” enough to justify FBI surveillance.
“There are segments in the Muslim community who do not necessarily want the relationship (with the FBI) to work out, but ever since Sept.
12, 2001, we’ve reached out to the Muslim community, and if you talk to leaders in that community, you will find that relationships are very good,” Mueller said.
Except when one of your Muslim community leaders is an imam who tips off a major jihad suspect and has to be quickly deported. Otherwise, there hasn’t been a single case, ever, that the Muslim community has thwarted any terrorist attack or even provided any information about Muslims that has even led to a major arrest.

Defeat the ACLU!!
Two avowed radical Muslims murdered a Philly police officer. They are part of a radical indigenous Muslim movement in Philly that has seen Islamic adherents represented in most of the police killers in the past four years. When does a series of isolated incidents become a trend? The FBI must be free to investigate masjids and their members who host radicals like the Philly cop killers, who dressed as Muslim women when they robbed a bank. One even refused to acknowledge the court proceedings because they were not sharia, and had to be removed for assaulting his lawyer. These cop killers stated that they only wished to be referred to by their Muslim names, which the press did not allow, and even show evidence of their strong adherence to the call to prayer by having “raspberries” or callouses from prostration in prayer. The FBI can’t be hamstrung from merely looking, not accusing, but looking at these groups. I fear CAIR knows that the growing jailhouse radical Islamic movement and the association of Wahabbist and Salafist oil money with indigenous black Muslim criminal outfits is real here in Philly.
Here’s one link to some coverage of the two Philly cop killers whose radical Islamic beliefs were largely sanitized out of press coverage: http://abclocal.go.com/wpvi/story?section=news/crime&id=7581516
http://www.philly.com/dailynews/local/20100729_Jury_finds_two_guilty_of_cop_killing__defendants_await_decision_on_death_penalty.html?c=0.7874716486297448& is more about the story of three indigenous black Muslim radicals who ended up killing a police officer and are now facing the death penalty in Philly. The untold part of the story is that the press has censored any references to Islam even if made by the men themselves, even when it directly relates to their crime, such as how they got a hold of niqabs used in the robbery.
The FBI needs to be free to investigate organized patterns of Islamic tied patterns of criminal activity. They exist. No one is saying this is typical or representative, but the reality is that there is a strong criminal element in large cities that strongly identifies as Islamic, and which organizes itself around Islam, so it is only common sense to use this as a hub of an investigation into guns, drugs, organized robberies of banks, etc. These guys used an AK-47 to shoot the cop, and they got it from somewhere. They used Muslim female garb as a disguise, and they got it from someone, likely who knew that they had no use for female Muslim clothing. They worked together with the precision of a three man paramilitary strike force. If this is not enough of a case to justify the FBI’s investigation into Islamic radicalism, then nothing is.
Here’s coverage with a video link. The video refers to the fact that these Islamic domestic terrorists wore “Muslim garb” and that Floyd punched his lawyer at the beginning of the trial. They omit the reason he punched his lawyer, and that was that Floyd refused to recognize the legitimacy of the secular, non-sharia trial, and wanted to represent himself where he would repeatedly request that he be given a sharia trial based on his Muslim beliefs, and if the courts would not, then he was being discriminated against because of his religion: http://cbs3.com/topstories/verdict.police.murder.2.1829541.html
So how can the FBI be prohibited from investigating groups that are teaching these concepts as literal calls to violence? In Philly, that would be willful blindness to movements that are highly associated with criminal activity.
So “drive a wedge”, who cares? These groups need to mind their own business & the politicians had better make sure they do or look for jobs elsewhere.
Better yet, if they don’t like it here, they’re more than welcome to leave & experience the plethora of rights in the middle east/
I’m sick to death of the tail wagging the dog when it comes to the FBI.
