Except for the part where the Billings Gazette claims there have been no court rulings based on sharia law, despite a November 2008 post, Muslim inmates at Wyoming prison force sharia accommodations, based off a Gazette report:
The Wyoming Department of Corrections says it will allow Muslim inmates at the state penitentiary in Rawlins to time their meals to accommodate their daily prayers.
U.S. District Judge Clarence Brimmer approved an agreement on Wednesday that allows prisoners receiving religious meals to keep their meals in their cells until the next meal is served. It also requires the prison to install a new microwave for inmates that won’t be used for pork, which is forbidden to Muslims and members of some other religions.

Unfortunately, most likely CAIR won’t be the only group opposing this. We can expect some Church state watchdog groups to take the side of CAIR and oppose this, even through they should be on our side on this. I’m mean, its not like allowing Sharia to be recognized by our courts is not a fusion of church and state and won’t in threat religious freedom especially in the long run. Not to mention the instances that Muslims have been given special treatment. In some case Muslim groups have already violated the establishment clause and for the most part Americans United For the Separation of Church and State have acted like it wasn’t happening at all. If only Berry Lin would do his research instead of demonizing people like Newt Gingrich.
If all of our Church State Watch dog groups had been doing their job when it came to Islam, this might not even be necessary. Even worse, since some of them may side with CAIR, it only increases the chances that this will be overthrown.

Cultural destruction starts with little things, almost invisible incidents which do not affect our daily lives. From there as we are desesnitized, the incidents expand into discomfort and finally to violence. One item which could help is to start ringing church bells on Sunday and other days of Christian observance.
With the majority of decisions brought down by judges being what they are , I think all states need to protect themselves from the idiocy of their judges.

Problem is, that we can’t just tell the courts to go pound sand, especially the supreme court. If we could just ignore the courts when we felt like it, they wouldn’t be able to defend the Constitution from abuse. There have been some cases where clearly unconstitutional measures have been quite popular. The courts may make a really bad decision on this, especially since a lot of the people whom one would assume would support it, do not.
We are either going to have to get an amendment to the American constitution passed, which is hard to do for good reason, or we are going to have to keep on voting in politicians who understand what it is going on. Both of which are easier said than done, unfortunately.

Sharia enforces/codifies Islam, a supremacist system of religion which gives privilege and plunder to Muslims, thus it is the imposition and enforcement of one religion on everyone. That is exactly what the Establishment Clause (First Amendment prohibition against government establishment of religion) is meant to prevent, the governmental establishment of one religion over any other. It was originally meant to stop a Christian domination from being imposed over any other denomination, but it also applies to all religions. The U.S. Government is thus prevented from legally enforcing Catholic dogmas (e.g., forcing people to attend church on Sunday) or Hindu dogmas (e.g., forcing people to place incense/food in front of Hindu gods) or Jehovah Witness dogmas (e.g., requiring a certain amount of door-to-door witnessing), etc., etc. Under U.S. law, Muslims have every right to believe how they wish, but because our Constitution guarantees equality they have no right to privilege or plunder or imposition of Islam/Sharia onto others. Please uphold U.S. law and ban the use of Sharia law by our judiciary.
