Is the clock ticking on terror-linked CAIR? via WND, CAIR stonewalls after IRS revokes status.
In the wake of loss of its tax-exempt status, the Council on American-Islamic Relations is refusing to comply with IRS rules requiring public disclosure of its annual tax disclosure forms.
Two news agencies that asked for the forms were brushed off.
The IRS states a tax-exempt organization must make available “for public inspection and copying” its exemption application and its annual return, including Form 990.
The nonprofit-organization monitor GuideStar, which provides online access to the annual returns of nonprofits, states under its listing for CAIR’s national organization that the Muslim group’s “exempt status was automatically revoked by the IRS for failure to file a Form 990, 990-EZ, 990-N, or 990-PF for 3 consecutive years.”
“Further investigation and due diligence are warranted,” the GuideStar notice about CAIR says.
The Tennessean newspaper’s Washington bureau reporter asked for the documentation Tuesday at CAIR’s Washington, D.C., office three blocks from the U.S. Capitol.
The reporter was told she should come back the next day, because CAIR’s executive director, Nihad Awad, was in a meeting.
The newspaper did not send its reporter to follow up, explaining it was clear that CAIR did not have the documents.
The D.C.-based Web newssite Politico also tried unsuccessfully to see the annual returns.
Politico said a CAIR attorney initially said the organization’s appearance on the IRS list referred to a defunct arm of the organization, insisting CAIR and the CAIR Foundation were unaffected.
The GuideStar listing for CAIR Foundation Inc., however, states that the group’s tax exempt status has been revoked, and the section that lists annual returns is blank.
WND reported in January 2010 that CAIR’s national office had failed to file financial records since 2007 as required by federal law.
CAIR told Politico the IRS was to blame but could not produce the Form 990 disclosure forms for 2007 through 2010 when requested.
Through it all CAIR’s lackey at the Tennessean put his best spin on the situation.

Sometime this summer I will be going to the CAIR office in Las Vegas and ask for their tax exemption application and annual return, including Form 990.

Nancy Pelosi can sign it to make it legit just like she signed the paperwork that said Obama was eligible to run for president when Hawaii who was supposed to do it refused to sign it due to lack of evidence.
Nothing will come of this as long as Mr. Obama is illegally in the Oval office since he already said he is not going after Islam.
Forget common sense and doing what is right. This administration does what ever it feels like and has been doing a great job at it since day 1 when Mr. Obama sealed all of his records as his first act upon being sworn in.
The Democrats are letting in as many illegals and people that are truely against the United States as possible to get as many votes as they can to stay in power. Pretty easy to see what is going on from their actions. When I first read about this matter here, I wondered if any information would be complete and factual. This confirms my suspicion. Thinking the IRS has a clause that allows them to be more thorough in a case of late or changed information.
Right after this, I read about TiZA, I live in Minnesota, its bankruptcy proceedings and lost charter school status.
It makes me wonder wether the moslemites should be concentrating in NATIVES, rather than COLONISTS legal proceedures.

Because of the nature of their activities , it was an exceedingly difficult task to secure the proper evidence to convict the members of the Al Capone crime organization in court for evasion of income taxes. Any persons that knew about their financial transactions were reluctant to testify because they feared that they or their families might be killed.
The Capone “Brotherhood” had operated in various illegal business ventures for several years apparently without interference by local or Federal authorities out of fear. The organization was becoming so powerful that it was almost impossible to find witnesses to testify against them.
Eventually the IRS won, however, due to the fact that some observant soul in the court room recognized that Alphonse Capone was always accompanied by a bodyguard and that same bodyguard always sat next to Capone in court rooms and stared down the witnesses who had previously stated that they knew something about his business dealings but suddenly couldn’t remember anything. Once this bodyguard was removed from the court room the trials resumed without problems and witnesses testified unerringly.
Capone was eventually convicted and sentenced to 11 years in prison. They also busted many of his Mafia Brotherhood lieutenants and hit men.
The IRS will have a good case against CAIR and the Muslim Mafia Brotherhood as well once they find out how to get Muslim associates and other businesses associating themselves with CAIR to testify without fearing for their lives or families.

What is this supposed to accomplish?
First, it let’s them know that Americans are aware of their agenda and their locations.
Second, if CAIR cannot or will not produce the documents required by the IRS – you can report them to the IRS and your local officials.
This should trigger the IRS to investigate and could cause CAIR much unwanted scrutiny.
They do not need to disclose to the IRS or state. They comply with Sharia, and Sharia only. Infidels and the US constitution are beneath contempt to Islam.
Proceed with legal action immediately. They will kick, scream, threaten everyone you know and they need to have their threats taken seriously.
They are foreign invaders assisting undesirables evade our laws. They have the ear and full support of the Muslim-attorney general Eric Holder as well as the president.
These are dangerous people and all threats from them need to be reported, and there will likely be many intimidations and threats to our officials coming forth.
But on our side, there is an election coming, and support from our president and holder for CAIR will be bad for his campaign, especially if criminal charges can come out of this, so the timing is excellent.
He does seek re election.

I do know the ACLU cannot, or at least they are not supposed to, help criminal organizations.
I am interested in this as well. I fucking hate the ACLU anymore; it seems like they protect the interests of pedophile shitrags (NAMBLA) and terrorists like CAIR, while ignoring the rights of the people hurt by them.
Also, re-examine just how much of a religion mohammadanism really is. The Vatican says it is not much of one, certainly not enough to merit tax exempt status.
Disgusting that they have been able to and continue to be so deceitful and filthy, and continue to sue people over bullshit, while supporting murder and terrorism, with no consequences AND people still call on CAIR when they need someone to speak on the Peace of Islam (and by “they” I mean news media, etc.
