Mr. Paul mentions in this speech that Radiscal Islam is patient. I would put forth that this idea is not “radical” when speaking about Islam, but mainstream Mohammedan tactics of “Islam” as presented by a brilliant Military man known as Prophet Mohammed. I also think Rand Paul knows this very fact.
