Where was he going and why wasn’t he in jail? via Kaufman County arson suspect arrested attempting to flee country – inForney.com.

KAUFMAN COUNTY, Texas — A man charged and indicted for an arson fire at his own auto parts warehouse in 2013 was again arrested attempting to flee the country from a Houston, Texas, airport.

Abudulkader Hassan Elsaadi, was arrested February 21, 2014, and charged with arson related to a September 6, 2013, fire at his auto parts warehouse, A&O Foreign Auto Parts, on South Profit Row in Forney, Texas. The fire destroyed the approximate 5,000-square foot warehouse.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and airport police arrested Elsaadi at the Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston, Texas, attempting to leave the country which is in violation of his bond agreement, according to Kaufman County officials. Elsaadi is scheduled to be in court in Kaufman County for a hearing on January 28, 2015.

Elsaadi is being held on a $100,000 bond at the Kaufman County Jail — the same bond amount he was held on when he was initially arrested for arson in February which was posted the same day. An attorney listed for Elsaadi had withdrawn representation and inForney.com was unable to reach any current representation for comment.
