DEARBORN (WWJ) – A Dearborn man is facing misdemeanor sexual assault charges for allegedly groping two customers at a uniform store in Livonia.

Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy has charged 57-year-old Majed Mohamad Wazni with two counts of criminal sexual conduct – fourth degree in connection with separate incidents involving male victims.

According to prosecutors, Wazni — who goes by the nickname “Mark” — was working at the a store in the 20200 block of Middlebelt in Livonia, on Feb. 12 and Feb. 27 of this year, when it is alleged that he “inappropriately touched” two men while they were being fitted for their work uniforms. No further details about the alleged incidents were released.

A person answering the phone at Allie Bros. Uniforms, located at 20295 Middlebelt in Livonia, told WWJ Newsradio 950 that Wazni had been employed there; but, to her knowledge, did not work there anymore.

Wazni was arraigned on the charges Wednesday afternoon in 16th District Court in Livonia. Bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety/10 percent,  and a probable cause conference was scheduled in both cases for April 5.

If sharia law continues spreading, you'll have less and less freedom of speech - so speak while you can!
