Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) – A Rochester man has been convicted of felony sexual assault and false imprisonment charges in connection with an attack on a woman last fall.

25-year-old Bakil Dahir was found guilty of third-degree criminal sexual conduct and the false imprisonment charge in a trial last week. He was acquitted of a second-degree assault count and a misdemeanor assault charge in the case.

Dahir was arrested last fall after a woman alleged he raped her after offering to give the victim and her boyfriend a ride home following a night out drinking in a downtown Rochester bar. The criminal complaint alleged Dahir forced the boyfriend of the vehicle and then drove to another location where the woman was sexually assaulted. Court documents indicate Dahir was identified as the suspect because the woman was able to give police the license plate number of his vehicle.

He is scheduled to be sentenced on April 1st.

More:

Bakil Nuh Dahir, 25, was arrested in October 2018 after police say he gave a man and woman a ride home, but then threatened the man with a tire iron until he got out of the vehicle. Police say Dahir then drove off with the woman, sexually assaulted her, and dropped her off at a gas station.

He should have been in jail for previous felonies.

  1. I am so so proud to be a Minnesotan these days..

I wonder why MN CAIR director, Jaylani Hussein, did not call a press conference, and DEMAND an investigation, like he did last Spring relating to the “bacon on the mosque doorstep” caper..

…or the Rochester “Red Lobster complaint” scam?

    …I wonder..

  2. Tip of the iceberg. Arresting the most obvious suspects. Don’t report to police to make official recorded complaint, it never existed.

  3. Yeah, Mayo Clinic keeps a tight wrap on what is reported out of Rochester Minnesota as they want Rochester to be portrayed as this safe, medical destination and it is far from that, there are parts of Rochester you can’t go into anymore because of the Muslim invasion, I have to laugh also last week a well known music store in downtown Rochester is moving out to the strip mall area to a new store and the city said it was because of all the Destination Medical Center building,NO it wasn’t it was because they were right new to a mosque and salvation army apt’s and no customer would be caught walking in that area where all the Muslim men lotter and the homesless also!!

If sharia keeps spreading, you will not only be silenced by the media and big technology, you will be jailed - or worse. Speak while you can!
