Florida: Judge dismisses terror-linked CAIR’s lawsuit over gun store’s Muslim-free zone

Source: Judge dismisses lawsuit over Inverness gun store’s Muslim-free zone | WFLA.com

INVERNESS, Fla. (WFLA) – A federal judge has tossed a lawsuit against an Inverness gun shop owner who declared his store a Muslim-free zone.

CAIR Florida, which is the Council on American-Islamic Relations Florida, announced the lawsuit against the Florida Gun Supply in July. The organization said the Muslim-free zone amounted to religious discrimination, violating the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

The suit had demanded an injunction against Florida Gun Supply to prohibit it from discriminating against Muslims and others on the basis of religion. “American Muslims have a right to browse and purchase guns, take classes on gun safety and shoot guns at a range without having to be profiled and discriminated,” Hassan Shibly, Chief Executive Director of CAIR Florida, said at the time the suit was filed.

“Such discrimination is not only illegal, it is bad for our country and makes us less safe and less free,” Shibly said. The organization said the policy is a violation of federal law.

However, a United States District Court judge dismissed the case this month. Judge Beth Bloom said CAIR did not prove its members were harmed by the gun store’s policy.

Florida Gun Supply owner Andy Hallinan posted a video to Facebook after the decision. He says he has bumper stickers for customers to turn their vehicles into Muslim-free zones. He’s also selling “jihadist target practices.”

For the uninitiated, more on the CAIRorists:

Muslim woman’s viral video reveals truth about Islam, watch

via BPR

A woman, who grew up as a Muslim in the Middle East, spelled out what jihad is really about in a video that has now gone viral.

The nearly nine-minute video was posted Saturday on a Facebook page called “Silence is Consent,” and, as of Wednesday, has already garnered 360,000 views.

The unnamed woman begins her lesson with “seeing how people won’t stop being dimwits, I’m going to have to spell this out for you.”

“Islam is not a race, it’s a religion,” she continued, adding that it doesn’t mean you’re a racist if you say that Muslims have to follow Muhammad as a role model.

Univ of Missouri Arabic asst violently drags teen girl out of school, slaps for not wearing hijab

Will the football team or any other hipocrits at UM say a word? Will the media bombard America with lies about how the hijab is not mandatory and is a woman’s choice? How empowering it is?  via University of Missouri’s Youssif Omar charged with ‘violently grabbing girl over hijab’ | Daily Mail Online

An assistant professor at an American university has been arrested for allegedly grabbing a 14-year-old female relative by the hair and dragging her into a car after he noticed she wasn’t wearing a hijab.

Youssif Z. Omar, 53, was reportedly at Hickman High School in Columbia, Missouri, on Tuesday when he spotted that the girl did not have the traditional Muslim headscarf.

Officer Latisha Stroer told the Columbia Tribune in an email that Omar grabbed the girl ‘very violently by the hair’.

He then allegedly slapped her across the face, and pulled her by the hair down and flight of stairs and into his car.

The next day, Omar was arrested on suspicion of child abuse while he was at his home on the 1700 block of Timber Creek Drive.

Omar’s LinkedIn page lists him as being an assistant professor at the University of Missouri, Columbia and manager of Artifacts Journal at the University bookstore.

His Facebook page says he’s married and originally from Benghazi, Libya. His LinkedIn profile says he was the head of the English department at the University of Benghazi Wahat Branch from 2003-2007.

He was released from the Boone County Jail after posting a $4,500 bond.

Omar is a graduate teaching assistant of Arabic at the University of Missouri, according to the school’s website. A Benghazi native, he is also an editor of the school’s student culture journal, Artifacts.

In an editor’s note for a recent issue, he wrote about the need to accept other peoples’ cultures and remain open-minded about one’s own.

“It is very hard for some people to be away from their own culture because they find themselves confined to the deep-rooted beliefs and customs they acquired and learned from the communities in which they were born and raised,” he wrote.

“Such people see themselves as fish taken away from the water.”

Taqiyya. End immigration from Muslim countries ASAP.

FBI Director, DHS Secretary Don’t Want Accountability on Muslim Refugees

They’d rather risk the lives of the American people they are duty-bound to protect than disobey Hussein Obama’s Muslim agenda. Neither were qualified for the jobs they hold and it’s time to remove them.

If the FBI Director nor the head of DHS are unwilling to take accountability for Muslim “refugees” that their teams have “vetted”, then why  would anyone else? They won’t sign off on the invaders, they certainly won’t send them to the towns that any elected officials live in. NIMBY! When said “refugees” kill Americans, who will be held accountable?

via FBI Director, DHS Secretary, Oppose House-passed Refugee Screening Bill

FBI Director James Comey (shown, left) and Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson (right) have both expressed concerns about the American SAFE Act of 2015 (H.R. 4038) introduced by the chairman of the House Committee on Homeland Security, Representative Mike McCaul (R-Texas). The bill, which would require that background investigations be completed prior to the admission of “certain aliens as refugees,” was passed by the House by a vote of 289-137 on November 19 and sent to the Senate.

The legislation would require that, in addition to the screening conducted by the secretary of Homeland Security, the director of the FBI “shall take all actions necessary to ensure that each covered alien receives a thorough background investigation prior to admission as a refugee.”

Furthermore, under the legislation, a “covered alien” may not be admitted as a refugee until the FBI director certifies to the secretary of Homeland Security and the director of National Intelligence that each “covered alien” has received a background investigation that is “sufficient to determine whether the covered alien is a threat to the security of the United States.”

The legislation defines “covered alien” as:

(A) a national or resident of Iraq or Syria;

(B) an alien who has no nationality and whose last habitual residence was in Iraq or Syria; or

(C) an alien who has been present in Iraq or Syria at any time on or after March 1, 2011.

Homeland Security News Wire, a private online daily news publication not affiliated with DHS, reported on November 20 that 47 Democrats joined all the Republicans present to pass the bill by a veto-proof majority in the House. However, the White House said it would veto the bill, saying it “would unacceptably hamper our efforts to assist some of the most vulnerable people in the world.”

Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) said there was “no way” the House bill would pass in the Senate. The legislation would require a two-thirds majority in both houses to override a presidential veto.

The New York Times quoted a statement made after the House vote by Attorney General Loretta Lynch, who said the screening mandated by the legislation is both impractical and impossible.

“To ask me to have my FBI director or other members of the administration make personal guarantees would effectively grind the program to a halt,” Lynch told reporters at a joint news briefing she held with Comey.

In a November 19 article, CNN’s justice reporter Evan Perez wrote that FBI Director James Comey “has deep concerns” about H.R. 4038, which, Perez wrote, “would require him and other top national security officials to personally certify that each refugee from Syria and Iraq isn’t a security threat.” Perez cited two unnamed two U.S. officials as his source.

Perez also quote a statement from DHS Secretary Johnson, who said:

This bill that has been posed by Mr. McCaul — and I like Mr. McCaul — is a bad bill because it seeks to micromanage the process in a way that is counter productive to national security to our humanitarian obligation and the overall ability to focus on Homeland Security.

Speaking to CNN’s Wolf Blitzer on November 19, Perez said: “[Director Comey] has some really grave concerns that this legislation would [not] allow anyone, any refugees” into the United States.

Perez also noted that Comey has expressed concerns to both the Obama administration and Congress that “this requirement, where he would have to personally sign off on every individual refugee coming from Syria and Iraq is just frankly impossible.”

While having the FBI director or Homeland Security secretary personally sign off on every refugee from Syria or Iraq being admitted to our nation would admittedly be impractical, or even impossible, both officials head very large departments or agencies with thousands of employees to whom such duties might be delegated.

However, the task of separating terrorists from innocent refugees may be impossible even for rank-and-file U.S. security teams to accomplish, according to at least one Brooklyn, New York, Syrian community leader. As was reported in a November 23 article in The New American, that leader, Aarafat “Ralph” Succar, told reporters for the New York Post on November 18 that “ISIS terrorists have ‘absolutely’ sneaked into America by posing as civil-war refugees — and joined sleeper cells just waiting to be activated. ‘I believe the terrorists from Syria have been coming into the United States, not only in the past few years, but way before that…. I think they’re already at work.”

Succar’s statement mirrors another similar opinion expressed by Dimitris Amountzias, a police captain in charge of Moria, Greece’s main registration camp on the island of Lesbos. AFP quoted a statement from Amountzias in a November 21 report noting that it is virtually impossible to pick out dangerous extremists among arriving migrants, without prior intelligence.

The Greek police captain told AFP: “If they are not already registered in the database, it’s nearly impossible [to detect them].”

It’s also nearly impossible to detect which Muslims will suddenly live up to Mohammad’s preachings and kill the unbelievers.

What can be detected is which ones are most likely and those are the followers of Islam. Not allowing them into the country is the only solution.

Terrorism Deaths Quadruple Under Obama

Source: Terrorism Deaths Quadruple Under Obama

The worldwide number of annual terrorist deaths has more than quadrupled since President Barack Obama was inaugurated in January 2009.

Deaths from terrorism increased 80 percent last year to an all-time-record of 32,658 people killed, compared to 18,111 in 2013. The number is up about 426 percent from the 7,654 killed by terrorists in 2008 under President Bush, according to the latest report from ‘Vision of Humanity.’

The 2014 economic cost of 13,370 terrorist attacks in 93 countries included property damage, medical costs, lost income for victims, and the indirect costs of preventing and responding to terrorist acts. The annual “Global Terrorism Index” report estimated those costs hit an all-time-high in 2014 of $52.9 billion.

Boko Haram and Islamic State of Iraq and Levant were jointly responsible for 51 percent of all claimed global terrorist fatalities in 2014. About 57 percent of all the attacks and 78 percent of all the deaths occurred in the five nations of Afghanistan, Iraq, Nigeria, Pakistan and Syria.

But the number of nations suffering over 500 or more deaths from terrorism increased in 2014 by approximately 120 percent, to 11 countries.

Nigeria experienced the largest increase in terrorist activity with 7,512 deaths in 2014, a jump of over 300 percent over the prior year. But Iraq continued as the worst place for terrorist attacks in 2014, with 9,929 killed, setting another new all-time-record for a single nation.

The number of countries suffering at least one terrorist fatality spread significantly last year, from 59 in 2013 to 67 in 2014. Advanced Western nations suffering at least one terrorist death included Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada and France.

As the Middle East destabilized from 2011 through 2014, global terrorist attacks set a new record each year. Over the three-year period, the total number of people killed by terrorism was approximately 63,214.

The 2015 year was on track through mid-June (latest data available) to set another all-time record, with the IntelCenter tracking “5,209 terrorist and rebel incidents” that killed a total of 14,193 people.

The rapidly expanding number of terrorist attacks, nations targeted and civilians killed virtually guarantees that terrorism will continue set new records in the years ahead.

One Month of Islam and Multiculturalism in Sweden: October 2015

Just a few more reasons native Swedes are fighting back. via Sweden: Rape Clinic for Men, Publicly Funded “Virginity Tests”

October 7: TV4’s popular investigative journalism TV program, Cold Facts (Kalla Fakta), revealed that public health centers in areas with high immigrant populations perform so-called “virginity tests” on young girls. The practice was exposed when three young women of Middle Eastern descent were equipped with hidden cameras and sent undercover to three health centers. Another person, posing as the girls’ aunt, insisted on “virginity tests.” The doctors (several of whom were immigrants) ignored the loud protests from the girls, and examined them against their will. The doctors also offered, for a cash bribe, to issue “virginity certificates” for the girls.

October 12: Amid the snowballing “asylum anarchy” in Sweden, the government decided it was an appropriate time to hold something reminiscent of a revival meeting in Stockholm, under the slogan “Sweden Together.” Ingrid Lomfors, the new director of The Living History Forum, a Swedish public authority, opened the meeting by declaring that there is no such thing as Swedish culture — even though music from the Swedish historical musical Kristina from Duvemåla, written by ABBA members Björn Ulveaus and Benny Andersson, had been played moments before. As public reactions to Lomfors’s assertions were negative, even in the mainstream media, the next day she corrected herself, saying that what she meant was that there is no “unchanged” Swedish culture. Hanif Bali, a conservative Member of Parliament of Iranian descent, was one of many who protested loudly against Lomfors’s statement:

“To say that we should integrate people, even though there is nothing Swedish to integrate them into, I react very strongly against that. The Swedish culture is unique. Saying that there is nothing inherently Swedish just makes it all the more difficult for the people who have come here to become part of society.”

October 13: Three men were arrested as suspects in an August 24 hand grenade attack against police in the Stockholm suburb of Tumba. The hand grenade exploded a few feet from a police van, and the vehicle was riddled with over a hundred pieces of shrapnel. According to the police, it was just a fluke that no one was seriously injured or killed. The police also suspect there is a close connection between the Tumba attack and the armed robbery of a supermarket in Stockholm on October 12. A few days later, one of the three suspects, an 18-year-old man, was remanded on suspicion of armed robbery, aggravated larceny and attempted murder. The other two were released, but remain under suspicion.

October 13: Swedish public radio revealed that the Migration Courts, established in 2006 to give greater legal recourse to asylum seekers, are completely swamped. Previously, the Aliens Appeals Board was the last recourse for those whose asylum applications were rejected. The problem is that more and more rejected applicants now appeal their decisions to the Migration Courts, which on average process about 6,500 cases a year. Members of the Swedish National Courts Administration apparently fear that in 2015, the number of cases will rise to about 13,000, posing a threat to the stability of the legal system and costing the Swedish taxpayers enormous sums.

October 13: Police launched an investigation into the actions of Daniel Sestrajcic, age 39, and leader of the Left Party (Vänsterpartiet) in Malmö. Sestrajcic is suspected of kicking two policemen in the head, while he was protesting the eviction of some Palestinians illegally camped outside an Immigration Service office a week earlier. Sestrajcic, a member of the Swedish Parliament, often takes part in these kinds of demonstrations. He denied the accusations, but the police claim they have the incident on film. Local and national leaders of the Left Party still say they have every confidence in the violent Sestrajcic, who, pending a possible indictment, continues to work .

Left: A police van is riddled with shrapnel (left) from the hand grenade attack. The four policemen in the vehicle at the time could have been killed if the van had not been armored. At right, the Malmö police bomb squad disarms a hand grenade found in Landskrona, on September 22.

October 13: It was reported that Swedish schools are now overcrowded, as many schools struggle to cope with the enormous influx of migrants. Minister of Education Gustav Fridolin discovered that many of the migrants arriving do not have any formal education at all, and he wants to open Swedish elementary schools to adult immigrant men, placing them in the same classes as 8-year-olds.

October 15: The Stockholm Cathedral Parish shocked many of its congregants by allowing a Muslim sharia teacher to hold a lecture for students of the Christian faith. Many upset ex-Muslims showed up at the meeting, the purpose of which was, according to Perpetual Curate Ulf Lindgren, to “fight the fear of Islam and other religions.” One of those who protested having a Muslim talk about Christian faith was Mona Walter, a former Muslim who converted to Christianity. She posed several critical questions, but before long was shut down. Walter told the Christian newspaper Dagen that “this is tantamount to spitting in faces of those fleeing from the terror of Islam in the Middle East.”

October 15: Ahmad El-Moghrabi, age 21, was sentenced to prison. In February, El-Moghrabi, drug-intoxicated, had crashed his luxury car into a Swedish mother and her infant and had then fled the scene. Although the mother suffered severe brain damage and an amputated leg, his sentence stayed at two years and nine months’ imprisonment. The court said that the penal value was three years, but took into consideration that El-Moghrabi was under age 21 at the time of the collision. He was also ordered to pay his victims 335,000 kronor (about $38,400 dollars) in damages. Continue reading

Obama State Dept to Rule ISIS Slaughter of Christians is Not Genocide

Despite evidence to the contrary. via Christians Not ISIS Genocide Victims, State Department May Rule | National Review Online:

Layout 1

A report by a renowned journalist states that Christians are to be excluded from an impending official United States government declaration of ISIS genocide. If true, it would reflect a familiar pattern within the administration of a politically correct bias that views Christians — even non-Western congregations such as those in Iraq and Syria — never as victims but always as Inquisition-style oppressors. (That a State Department genocide designation for ISIS may be imminent was acknowledged last week in congressional testimony, by Ambassador Anne Patterson, the assistant secretary of the State Department’s Near East Bureau.)

Yazidis, according to the story by investigative reporter Michael Isikoff, are going to be officially recognized as genocide victims, and rightly so. Yet Christians, who are also among the most vulnerable religious minority groups that have been deliberately and mercilessly targeted for eradication by ISIS, are not. This is not an academic matter. A genocide designation would have significant policy implications for American efforts to restore property and lands taken from the minority groups and for offers of aid, asylum, and other protections to such victims. Worse, it would mean that, under the Genocide Convention, the United States and other governments would not be bound to act to suppress or even prevent the genocide of these Christians.

An unnamed State Department official was quoted by Isikoff as saying that only the attacks on Yazidis have made “the high bar” of the genocide standard and as pointing to the mass killing of 1,000 Yazidi men and the enslavement of thousands of Yazidi women and girls. To propose that Christians have been simply driven off their land but not suffered similar fates is deeply misinformed. In fact, the last Christians to pray in the language spoken by Jesus are also being deliberately targeted for extinction through equally brutal measures.

Christians have been executed by the thousands. Christian women and girls are vulnerable to sexual enslavement. Many of their clergy have been assassinated and their churches and ancient monasteries demolished or desecrated. They have been systematically stripped of all their wealth, and those too elderly or sick to flee ISIS-controlled territory have been forcibly converted to Islam or killed, such as an 80-year-old woman who was burned to death for refusing to abide by ISIS religious rules. Pope Francis pronounced their suffering “genocide” in July. The U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops and a broad array of other churches have done so as well. Analysis from an office of the Holocaust Museum apparently relied on by the State Department asserts that ISIS protects Christians in exchange for jizya, an Islamic tax for “People of the Book,” but the assertion is simply not grounded in fact.

More via US excludes Iraq’s Christians from Islamic State genocide

Much of this discussion has been met with silence from the American Church. Open Doors USA’s Emily Fuentes says, “I think we get ‘compassion fatigue’, or, maybe we just get used to it in the news. It’s hard to remember that this is STILL going on, and that people have been displaced from their homes for more than a year and a half, and many have lost their family members in a violent way.”

Only a smattering will actually succeed in resettling in North America. For the hundreds of thousands still in the Middle East and North Africa, she explains, ”We’re there working with these partner organizations to provide refugee care such as tents and trailers and all of those things to house people, as well as food. We’re providing trauma counseling.”

The need continues to grow.

“The exodus has stopped,” shares an Open Doors worker in Iraq. “There are no more Christians in Mosul. We now need to pray that they might return one day.” Still, ISIS continues to attack Christians in both Iraq and Syria. Thousands more have been forced to flee for their lives.

…the Islamic State has been so thorough with its purge of Christians, that some aid groups fear Christianity could be extinct in the Middle East within a generation or even sooner.

Not only are Obama, Kerry and Patterson unwilling to declare genocide on Christians, they are unwilling to provide aid. via Assyrian Army Commander: ‘We Are Losing Christianity’ to Islamic State

In an exclusive interview with Breitbart News via Skype, Cmdr. Emmanuel Khoshaba Youkhana discussed the Assyrian Army’s efforts to end the ISIS campaign of genocide against Christians in Iraq and Syria.

He noted that the Christian Assyrian Army, known as Dwekh Nawsha, is in desperate need of military assistance in the form of weapons and training from the Obama administration, which so far has refused to lend a hand.

Youkhana noted that the U.S.-backed Iraqi government does not provide any assistance to the Assyrian Christians.

“They know us Assyrians as Christian people so they don’t [give us] any support,” he proclaimed.

“The Assyrians want to be enduring partners with the United States,” said the military chief. “We need the support from USA.”

“We need the support to stay in our land,” he added, referring to Assyrian Nineveh plain in Iraq.
